The Vision
A Whimsical Cat-Centric Universe
Imagine a cozy city where every brick, every colorful rooftop, and every winding street is built with love and purrs. That is the core world of Purffect Town, a cozy simulation title where players step in as the chief architect of a furry kingdom, helping adorable cat citizens build, decorate, and expand their dream settlement. Tower Art Studio took complete creative ownership of this project from day one. Our task was to conceptualize and execute a complete visual identity for the game's Minimum Viable Product (MVP). We aimed to create a warm, heartwarming aesthetic paired with a clear, intuitive isometric perspective that makes city management accessible, creative, and endlessly engaging for players of all ages.
- Bringing Charming Feline Citizens to LifeThe soul of Purffect Town lies in its furry residents. Our 2D artists designed a diverse roster of unique cat characters, each with distinct features, outfits, and dreams. To make the city feel truly alive, we transitioned these designs into Esoteric Spine for skeletal rigging. We created smooth, organic animations for their daily routines: building structures, relaxing in green parks, interacting on playgrounds, and celebrating successful town events with joyful, bouncy expressions.
- Designing a Customizable Cozy WorldFor the city-building core mechanics, we created a massive library of modular 2D assets. This included unique cat-themed buildings, upgrade stages, cozy cafes, lush green parks, and vibrant play areas. Every asset was meticulously rendered in an isometric grid, ensuring seamless placement, consistent lighting, and strict technical optimization so that the town remains performant as it expands.
- Streamlined Interfaces for Creative FreedomTo support the relaxing and accessible gameplay, we designed a clean, user-friendly mobile game interface. We mapped out user flows and menus for building placement, resource management, and event rewards. The UI style utilized soft color palettes, rounded shapes, and polished custom buttons to match the overall cozy, stress-free vibe of the game.
- Engineered for High Visual Appeal and UA TestingA critical part of any MVP launch is user acquisition testing. We expanded the game's assets into high-converting game marketing art. Our team designed a vibrant app icon that pops on app stores, high-CTR promotional banners, and a comprehensive set of stylized App Store and Google Play screenshots highlighting the game's core hooks: building, collecting cute friends, and unlimited creativity.
